James J Tuite

Mr. James “Jim” Tuite, 84 of Marietta, GA passed away on September 30, 2011. He was a prominent CPA and was a corporate executive for many years including executive positions in finance. He earned his Masters degree at NYU. He did free taxes for those in need for 17 years. He was a parishioner at The Catholic Church of St. Ann and former head of the finance council at St. Ann’s. Jim served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joan Tuite, son James, Jr. (Sherie Novotny, MD), daughters Roberta Musheno (Michael), Jeanne and Donna Tuite and Lauren Sheaffer (John), brothers George (Arline) and John (Marianna) and 9 grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 7, 2011 at 11:00am at The Catholic Church of St. Ann. Interment with military honors will follow at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 7:00-9:00pm at H.M. Patterson & Son in Marietta.
