Jack Clifton Furr Jr.

Jack Clifton Furr, Jr., age 66, lovingly known as "Cliff", of Marietta, Georgia passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 4, 2023 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. Justin Hayles and Rev. David Camp officiating.

Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park.

Born in Atlanta, Cliff was a lifelong resident of Cobb County. After graduating from Osborne High School in 1975, he attended Jacksonville State University with a scholarship he earned with his football achievements. Afterwards, he worked as a plumber in the family plumbing business. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and enjoyed fishing, playing guitars, and photographing wildlife.

Survivors include: Parents, Jack and Barbara Furr, Marietta, GA; Sister, Patricia "Patty" Furr, Marietta, GA; his beloved dog, Cassie, and many other Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta.
