Eugene Walter O’Neill III, of Marietta Georgia, passed away on October 12, 2023. Son of Eugene Walter O’Neill Jr and Irene Sarich O’Neill, Gene was born on January 21, 1963 in Manhattan, New York. Throughout Gene’s life he worked as a golf professional and was in sales for the steel industry. In his spare time he enjoyed golfing, fishing and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed music and playing and watching sports.
Gene is preceded in death by his father, Eugene Walter O’Neill Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Reilly McKenzie O’Neill; mother, Irene O’Neill; brother, Jeff O’Neill and sister, Karen O’Neill Robinson. A Celebration of Life for Eugene W. O’Neill III will be held at a later date.
