Daryl Ralph Jones of Cartersville, Georgia passed away on February 24, 2017 in Marietta, Georgia. He was born on October 7, 1946 to Gordon and Ruth Smith Jones. He grew up in Marietta and also spent many years in in Kennesaw, Georgia and Mexico Beach, Florida. Daryl loved fishing, baseball, and spending time with family and friends. He could fix anything, make anyone laugh, and had a story for every occasion. Daryl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Betty Worley Jones and his sister Sandra Jones. He is survived by his siblings Sharon Jones and Robert Jones; his children Gordon Lee Jones, Annette and Louis Grasso, Michele and Alan Dobbs, and Brian Jones; his grandchildren Kristopher Scott, Bo Jones, Charles Gillham, Meggan Gillham and Brittany Sharpe; along with many other family and friends he loved as family.
