She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was retired from Cobb County School System.
Survived by her husband of 70 years, Marvin Armond Brown, children, Marvin Arnold Brown and his fiancé, Darlene, Patricia Haygood; sister, Kathleen Rosser; grandchildren, Patty Donovan and her spouse, Elizabeth Mixon, Mandy Puryear and her spouse Robert Puryear, Robert Haygood, Kenneth Haygood and his spouse Heather Haygood, Rachael Younkin, Hannah Haynes and her spouse Michael Haynes; great grandchildren, Brannon, Bailey, Alysha, Nadya, Matthew, Trinity, Hunter, Jonah, Nathan, Spencer, Madelynn, Cameron, Kaylyn; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 1 Pm in the chapel of Georgia Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in Georgia Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends between the hours of 6 until 8 Pm Friday at the funeral home.
