Betty Autry

Ms. Elizabeth “Betty” Autry, 76 of Marietta, GA passed away December 5, 2012. She was born on November 20, 1936 in Fayetteville, NC. Betty was a retired business owner. She was always very vibrant and upbeat. She was her family’s caretaker and matriarch. The happiest moments for Betty, was when she was surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was extremely close with her grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan King and Eunice Dickie and son, Donald Leon Autry. She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca A. Yeomans (Dennis), Susan E. Autry, Elizabeth A. Presley and Melinda A. Ratts (Ken), grandchildren, Amanda, Angela and April Presley, Megan and Samantha Ratts and Denny Stephens III, great-grandchildren, Logan and Riley Meade and brother, James King and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held Sunday, December 9 2012 at 3:00pm in the chapel of H.M. Patterson & Son Canton Hill. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.
