Mark James Baisley

He was born on August 18, 1956 in Milford, CT as the youngest of 7 children. After graduating from Northeast High School in Oakland Park, FL in 1975, Mark spent the next several years traveling and exploring the country with his friends while beginning his career in optometry, where he’d form some of his fondest friendships over his 40 year career.

Mark was loved by many. He leaves behind his children, Brittany and Patrick, whom he loved beyond measure. He is also survived by his former wife Michele, his granddaughter Mia, his former parents in law Vincent and Barbara, his fur-babies Dakota and Sasha, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.

Mark lived an incredibly fulfilling life. He loved going on adventures and always tried to take the road less traveled. He loved spending Saturdays on his boat and Sundays poolside listening to classic rock with his dogs. Above all else, Mark loved every second spent with his children and they were his greatest adventure.
