James is survived by his spouse, Teresa Ann McDougall and 2 sons, Kenneth and Anthony.
James was preceded in death by his parents, James D. and Barbara McDougall.
A visitation for James will be held Friday, February 23, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Kraeer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 1 North State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063. A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:00 PM, 1 North State Road 7, Margate, FL 33063. A cremation will occur.
