TOOLEY, Francis A.,93, of Coconut Creek, passed away on June 11, 2014. He was born in Bronx, New York. Francis was a WWII US Navy Veteran. He retired after 31 years from the New York Police Department. After retiring, he worked as a fraud investigator for CitiBank. Francis founded the Broward 10-13 Club. He is survived by his wife, Becky; children, Patricia Stevens, Brian (Melinda), William, Karl and Laura Tooley; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his first wife, Teresa Tooley; parents, William and Frieda Tooley; brothers, Harold and William Tooley.
