I miss you so much already Grandma. My whole life I've been loved so deeply by you, and you've spoiled me from the very beginning. I'm so grateful that we became even closer over the last two years. I miss our talks, I always will. I wish we could have had one more Christmas together, I'd do anything to give you one more hug. Say hi to Grandpa for me. I love you so much <3

Dear Anne,
I can remember back in the 70’s you always supported me whether you agreed or disagreed with my lifestyle when the family did not. I remember that so well because at that time you were there for me when I needed you the most, just like mom.

When mom passed away in 1996 it was a big loss as Nelly and Mom were very close. Four years later you and Fred moved to Bonita Springs and we spent more time with you guys. Nelly really connected with you and would tell me you were just like mom and filled the hole in her heart left from mom’s passing. 

We will never forget you. We love you dearly and miss you.

Mom,
I can't believe you are gone. You are all around me. So happy we became so close. Loved talking, laughing and even crying together over all our years together. Thank you for always letting me know how loved I was and how proud you were of me, Peter and Matthew, it meant so much. You taught me so many things but most of all to be honest even if it was hard to hear. I will miss you Every Day for the rest of mine.

Thanks so much for always loving me, no matter what. And. Thanks so much for being proud of me, just for trying. I miss you already. Can’t believe how many times I have thought to call you. We moved down to Florida in September of 2000 and lived right across the lake from each other in Cedar Creek. Since we were on the brink of being "seniors," we decided to take advantage of the early bird specials. At that time, Applebees offered a "steak and Caesar combo," a small steak accompanied by a Caesar salad, which was available on Mondays at a discounted price, so we would go every Monday at 4 P.M. This started our weekly routine. Eventually, that Applebee's closed, so we began to go to Big Al's or Outback or Haney's or Perkins or even Nona Maria for dinner. But no matter where we went, it would always be on Monday and at 4 P.M. We kept that up until Anne and Fred moved to the East coast in 2018.

Good times.

My mom met Ann at the Preserve. She loved Ann and her little pup Bella. I know my mother will be crushed when she hears this news. Ann was so generous to my mom. Today my mom got out of rehab after 2 weeks. There was a  call on the answering machine from Ann. I don't have the heart to tell my mom that Ann is gone. I am so very sorry for everyone's loss.  Sincerely, Fran Lewis' daughter (I'm also Ann).

She was a great woman and a greater aunt.
It was always a bonus when we would stop by Aunt Anne and Uncle Fred's house on Christmas evening. I think all of their kids were still living at home. Jimmy would terroize us with whatever reptile he had for a pet and we'd play air hockey in the living room.
