Carla Ann St. John, 83, of Kenosha, Wisc. died Thursday February 2, 2012 at United Hospital in Kenosha. She was born July 6, 1928 in Kenosha to Laurence E. and Anna C (Wedel) Wilcox. She graduated from Marengo High School class of 1945. She worked for Admiral in Harvard for 18 years until her retirement. She loved quilting, enjoyed sewing, reading and gardening.
She is survived by her children Larry Hackl, Doris Quintero, Karen (Daniel) Hahn, Jenine Souvigney, Susan Connell; 18 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sister Mary Lue (David) Plencner, and nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers William, Laurence, Frank; and a sister Oriana.
Visitation will be from 2-6 pm on Sunday February 5 at Marengo-Union Funeral Home, 505 E. Grant Hwy Marengo. Funeral service will be at 11 am on Monday February 6 at the funeral home. Interment will be in McHenry County Memorial Park, Woodstock.
