William "Bill" Joseph Walsh

He was born on December 20, 1938 in Philadelphia, PA, son of the late William Alfred Walsh and Martha Ahern Walsh. On October 12, 1963 he married the love of his life Kathleen McLaughlin and moved to Westville, NJ to start a family. He subsequently moved to Foxborough, MA for career advancement where the family grew up. Following a successful career as a finance manager he started his own Financial Planning business and moved to Marco Island, FL.

Bill always put his family first and had a great sense of humor, a quick wit and was well known for his trivia knowledge. He is survived by his wife Kathleen, children; William Joseph Jr, John Paul and Kelly Ann Freitas and granddaughter Alexa Freitas who all loved him deeply. He was a beacon of kindness, wisdom and joy to all who knew him.

A Funeral Mass will be held at San Marco Catholic Church, 851 San Marco Rd, Marco Island, FL on Saturday, December 9th at 11:00 am.
