Robert Joseph Loftus

Bob (aka Balls) was born on December 8, 1946 to James and Eileen Loftus in Chicago, IL. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his 2 brothers, Thomas and Edward Loftus. He graduated Leo HS in 1964, then graduated Northern Illinois University with a finance degree and had multiple careers including salesman, stockbroker, investment banker and entrepreneur. At NIU, he met his late wife Patricia (Zinser) Loftus. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Colleen Loftus and Jennifer Baxtrom (Mark), and his beloved grandchildren Megan, Brendan, Zachary, Charlie, Joseph, Audrey and Mick. He loved and was loved by many of his friends throughout his life from grade school to present. In lieu of flowers, donations to the

American Cancer Society would be appreciated. There will be a memorial service in the Chicagoland area and Marco Island at a later date.
