Pam passed away after a courageous and brave fight with recently discovered ovarian cancer.
Pam’s early passing is symbolic of how precious our time on this earth can be. She will be sorely missed by her extended family, many life long friends, and even casual acquaintances. She epitomized the famous saying “She Had Me at Hello”.
A true Michigan “farm girl” Pam was a beautiful lady both inside and out. Pam was perpetually happy and active and loved to travel. After graduating from Michigan State, her sense of adventure led her to Boston where she became a 3rd grade teacher, and soon met the love of her life, Roger. Pam and Roger created a great New England life together, raising their sons Robert and David in Marblehead.
Pam adored her family and her many close friends and all of her many Golden Retrievers. She cherished waking up to sunrise at Glover Landing and sunsets at the Corinthian Yacht Club porch. Always full of energy, she loved swimming, skiing, tennis, and sometimes even golf. She loved walking her dogs and going for harbor cruises aboard their boat, the appropriately named “WILDEST DREAM” .
A wonderful woman who lived a wonderful life, she always referred to herself as “lucky”. Those who knew her, always felt the same way.
Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, June 16th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Eustis & Cornell of Marblehead, 142 Elm Street. A Celebration of her Life will be held at Old North Church in Marblehead on Friday, June 17th at 11:00 a.m. followed by cocktails at the Corinthian Yacht Club. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.EustisandCornellFuneralHome.com for the Wise family.
