Gene Edward Bailey of Marble Falls, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
He was born to the late John Clarence Bailey and Iva Iona (Shrout) Bailey on July 21, 1930 in Greenbrier, Missouri. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Thelma Burns and husband Charles and one brother Bob Bailey.
Gene is survived by his wife, Yong Bailey of Marble Falls, five sisters, Evelyn Wheatley of Advance, Missouri, Helen Fisher and husband David of Marble Falls, Mary Fitzpatrick of Warrenton, Missouri, Patsy Robert and husband Gary of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and one brother Paul Bailey and wife Margaret of Fairdealing, Missouri.
He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Gene was a kind and generous hearted person, and he would do without to help someone in need. He loved fishing and gardening. He will be missed and we all love you “Junior” .
