Carol Elizabeth Hoff

Carol Elizabeth (Heath) Hoff passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. Carol was born October 21, 1960 to Arthur and Roma Heath in Geneva New York. A child of a military family, she spent most of her childhood overseas in Japan and Thailand. In her teen years her family moved to Lampasas where she later graduated from high school. She went on to graduate from Texas A&M University with a BA in Marketing in 1982. During her time at Texas A&M she met her husband Doyle and they were married May 21, 1983. They had two children, Courtney & Logan and eventually moved to Marble Falls where they have lived for the past 24 years.

Carol enjoyed the company of her friends and family and treasured the time spent with them. She also loved to travel and spend as much time with her beloved grandson, Graham. She will be fiercely missed but will be remembered as the greatest wife, mother, daughter, YaYa and friend.

She is survived by her husband Doyle, son Logan, daughter Courtney Wing, son-n-law Dustin Wing, grandson Graham Wing, mother and father Roma & Art Heath and Mother-n- Law Beverly Walker all of Marble Falls along with numerous other family members.

The family would like to thank Dr. Gladys Rodriguez and her staff at the START Center in San Antonio along with staff at Granite Mesa for their outstanding care during her long illness. We always will be grateful for all you did for her and our family.
