On June 16, 1947 she married the love of her life, Robert T. Sylvester, who passed away March 13, 2014.
In 1982, Betty and Robert moved to Granite Shoals, Texas. Betty was a member of the Daughters of The Republic of Texas. Betty has two children, Nancy Sylvester and Barry Sylvester (Liza), and two grandchildren, Cameron and Kaycee Sylvester, who also live in Granite Shoals. Betty has one sister, Dorothy Lease who lives in Worthington, Minnesota, one brother, Allen Hall, who lives in Arlington, Texas.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home, Marble Falls, Texas.
