William "Bill-Toby" McKinley Kiser, 55, of Mansfield, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born on December 27, 1962 in Ashland, Ohio. He was the loving son of Willie Kiser and Rosemary (Esterline) Cole.
William grew up in the Ashland and Mansfield area, and attended Mansfield Senior High School. He was a grounds keeper at Mohican and went on to be a brick layer. William was a devoted brother and uncle and a very proud grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, cooking, and was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
William is survived by his sisters, Candy (Ron) Rueckert and Chyrl Ann (Randy) Totman; significant other of 17 years, Carol Tolley; step daughter, Lauralie Cox; grandchildren, Dominick, Elijah, and Landon Cox; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Kim Elaine Rupple.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 2010 Park Avenue West. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of Wappner Funeral Directors. The Wappner Cremation Center is honored to serve the Kiser family.
