Ruby M. Meyer, 88, of Naples, Florida died Friday evening, January 25, 2002 at MedCentral Mansfield after an extended illness. Mrs. Meyer was born September 7, 1913 in Mineral Wells, West Virginia living in the Mansfield area since October 2001. She enjoyed golf and shuffleboard.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William & Judy Rogers of Mansfield; two grandchildren and their spouses, Donna & Craig Raagas of Las Vegas, Nevada and Valerie & Michael Carmel of Carpinteria, California; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Archie Deem of Brooksville, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents, John E. & Emily Kimes Deem; her husband, Kenneth Meyer; an infant daughter; five brothers; and three sisters.
There will be no calling hours or services. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is assisting the family with arrangements.
