Ronnie Lambert

Ronnie Garfield Lambert, 64, of Mansfield, died Thursday, June 13, 2013 at The Ohio State University Hospital. Born September 14, 1948 in Madison Township, Ohio, he was the son of Winfield and Allie (Lawhorn) Lambert.

He had worked for various factories in the area and loved being outdoors. He spent his free time either working in the yard, landscaping or spending time with Braylen and the rest of his grandchildren. His greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his children, Ronnie (Libby) Lambert, II, Ernie (Rachel) Lambert, Amanda (Robert Beasley) Lambert and Diana (Gary) Brock; his grandchildren, Jessica and Kyle Lambert, Dillion and Tyshia Lambert and Braylen and Treyden Beasley; sisters, Pauline Lambert and Yvonne Knipp; brothers, Scottie Lambert and Archie Lambert; nieces, Ellen (Keith) Hicks, Felecia (Ryan) Rusiska and Ashley Burriss; nephews, Delwood Abrams and Seth Burriss; other numerous nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law, Barry (Karrie) Burriss and David Burriss; and his former wives, Zephie Lambert and Traci Lambert. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Charlie, Frank and Donnie Lambert; three sisters, Elizabeth Bloomfield, Jackie Lawhun and Rosie Switzer; a nephew, Lonnie Ison; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Wanda Burriss.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street, Mansfield. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m.

Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Monty Perry.
