Richard Olan Risser, 54, of Ashland, died February 16, 2010 at his home. Born April 30, 1955 in Ashland, he was the son of O. Eldred Risser and Betty Jane Chance.
He is survived by his mother, Betty Jane Chance Risser Gongwer of Twinsburg; son, Christopher Risser of Cleveland; and brothers, Patrick Patricia Risser of Ashland and Michael David Amy Gongwer of North Olmstead. He was preceded in death by his father and his stepfather, Clayton Gongwer.
