Richard Eyerly, 76, of Ontario, died Thursday, October 14, 2004 at home. He was born March 22, 1928 in Ontario to Gaylord and Thelma Burger Eyerly. Richard was a devoted family man who will be sorely missed by his family and many friends. He was an antique dealer and a former letter carrier.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Evelyn Erickson Eyerly; one son, Michael C. Eyerly of North Robinson; one daughter and son-in-law, Gloria Eyerly and Kevin Mulrane of Columbus; one brother, Robert R. Linda Eyerly of Ontario; and one sister, Dorothy Rader of Ontario; four grandchildren, Heather, Gwen, Kelly, and Meagan; five great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no public calling hours, and the burial will be private. Wappner Funeral Directors is assisting the family with arrangements.
