Pauline Rider

Pauline M. Rider, 63, of Lexington, died Saturday, March 22, 2008 at Mifflin Care Center. Born May 7, 1944 in Mansfield, she was the daughter of Ira and Marie Griebling Rider. She worked at New Hope Industries. Pauline was a member of the New Life in Christ Church. She was a very independent woman who loved being given responsibility and being in charge. Pauline was a member of the YMCA.

She is survived by one sister, Norma Willard McBride of Mansfield; niece, Tammy Steve Fellows of Galion; three nephews, Mike Beth McBride, and Ken and Ron McBride, all of Mansfield; four great nieces and nephews, Josh, Levi, and Amber Fellows, and Caroline McBride; and her roommates for over 20 years, Mary Ann Naszodian, and Beth Sapp, both of Lexington. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2008 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors conducted by Pastor Ron Kosa. Friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
