Nancy L. Cutlip, 64, of Brunswick passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Southwest General Hospital after a short battle with glioblastoma. She was born on June 29, 1953 in Mansfield, Ohio. She was the daughter of John W. and Myrtle (McCrea) Cutlip.
Nancy was a graduate of Hillsdale High School and Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. Nancy lived in Jeromesville and Ashland most of her life. She retired from the American Red Cross after years of nursing others back to health. A caring and out spoken woman, Nancy is said to have started talking at age one and never stopped until the end. Nancy had a strong faith and attended Calvary Baptist Church. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and cherished time with her family. She loved to playing piano and accordion, cross stitch, playing and teaching others the game of Euchre, crossword puzzles, and watching Wheel of Fortune. She was a sports fan and enjoyed the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, and DePaul Blue Demons.
Nancy is survived by her daughters, Kelly (Mike) Merriman, and Kimberly (Marshall) Goff; son, Andrew (Tiffanie) Roller; eight grandchildren, Veroncia, Wesley, Kennedy, Ben, Ryan, Alex, A.J., and Maxwell; brothers, Russ (Cindy) Cutlip, Jim (Carol) Cutlip, Larry (Wanda) Cutlip, David Cutlip, and Tim Cutlip; and her best friend of 50 years, Carla Graven. She was preceded in death by her parents.
