

Linda Carol Becker, 69, of Perrysville, passed away Sunday morning, March 4, 2018, at Kingston of Ashland. She was born August 24, 1948, in South Bend, Indiana one of nine children of the late Oliver and Mary (Caslow) Clayburn.
Linda lived throughout the United States and worked as an S.T.N.A. along the way. She and her husband share many special memories of the places they lived. A joyful woman, Linda brought out a smile in every one she met. She enjoyed wood carving, crochet, ceramics, macramé, cross stitch and was quite an impressive artist, creating many pencil sketchings. Always generous, she enjoyed donating her crafts to child victims of cancer. Linda was a lifelong member of Seventh Day Adventist Church and was a leader of the Adventurer's Club.
She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, Donald Becker of Ashland; three daughters, Rachel Becker of CA, Mary (Shane) Sublett of NC and Dorcas Marie (Eric) Ball of NE; two grandsons, Ethan and Jacob Ball; three sisters, Vera (Donovan) Freeman of KY, Janet (Jack) Penird of NY, and Terry (Dan) Hellinger of Perrysville; two brothers, Larry (Patti) Clayburn of Shelby, OH and Mark (Nancy) Clayburn of FL; many nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, Ken (Lee) Becker of TN.
In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Theodore Clayburn; and a sister, Joyce Jones.
There will be no services or visitation at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family.
