Larry Hart

Larry Clarence Hart, 69, of Mansfield, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at MedCentral Mansfield. Born June 6, 1943 in Ashland, he was the son of Samuel A. and Mae V. (Kaylor) Hart. Larry served eight years with the 179th Ohio Air National Guard. He was employed as a supervisor at Mansfield Engineered Components and he had also worked at White Westinghouse for 20 years. He was a member of Cook Road Baptist Church. Larry enjoyed camping, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Zelma (Ison) Hart of Mansfield; daughter, Kathy (Scott) Amburgey of Mansfield; sons, Kevin (Brenda) Hart of Eustis, FL and Kerry (Jessica) Hart of Bellville; grandchildren, Nicole Hart, Kaylee Hart, Kara Hart, Joshua Hart, Brittney Hart, Caleb Amburgey, and Emily Hart; and sister, Caroline Sauder of Lucas. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Donna McMillen and brother, Samuel Hart.

Friends may call Friday, February 22, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Diamond St. Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Jack Hackworth. Military services conducted by the Richland County Joint Veterans Burial Squad will follow the service. Burial will follow in Ashland Cemetery. Memorial contributions made to Cook Road Baptist Church.
