

Kelley M. Litzinger, 51, of Mansfield, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 10, 2020 at her residence following a year long battle with cancer with her family by her side. Born July 14, 1969 in Columbus, she was the daughter of James and Jean (Taylor) Rice.
Kelley was a substitute teacher for Madison and St. Peter's School and enjoyed cooking, scrapbooking and traveling. She loved playing games and was known as "Milton Bradley" because she knew all the rules and was adamant about following them. A great organizer, she was always in charge and organized golf outings at Forest Hills Golf Course with her best friend, Marla Thompson for 21 years to raise money for breast cancer. Kelley ran the Mansfield Area Pink Ladies and organized many dart tournaments and was a Girl Scout Leader for many years. She enjoyed playing golf and achieved five hole in ones at Forest Hills. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University and was a die hard Buckeyes fan to the end.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jeff Litzinger; her children, Kaitlin Litzinger, Cassie (Judd) Mateo and Ashley Litzinger; her grandchildren, Zander Mateo and Rylan who is on the way; her mother, Jean Rice; her father, Jim (Naomi) Rice; her sister, Kim (Fred) Siciliano; her brother, Kurt (Sue) Rice; nieces and nephews, Lauren Siciliano, Leslie Siciliano, Aubrey Litzinger and Dane Litzinger; her sister-in-law, Lisa (Jack Carroll) Litzinger; her brother-in-law, Mark (Tracy) Litzinger; and her mother-in-law, Arlene Spears.
She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Elta "Mom / Ne-Ne" Gunnoe.
Due to COVID 19, there will be no services at this time. A memorial service will be held in the spring at Forest Hills Golf Course where all her family and friends can attend.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Pat Kracker Breast Cancer Foundation or Hospice of North Central Ohio.
