
Judith A. Cronebaugh Bruce, 72, died Saturday evening, October 27, 2007 at Galion Community Hospital. Judith was born February 21, 1935 in Dover to Gilbert and Hilda Baker Enold and has lived in the area most of her life. She graduated from New Philadelphia High School and was a member of the Ontario United Methodist Church. Judith retired from Food-Town in Crestline as a cashier and had also worked at Schneider Bakery before her illness. She also had worked at Finast/Edwards and was a member of the United Food Workers Union.
Judith is survived by two sons, David Cronebaugh of South Carolina and Richard Cronebaugh of Mansfield; one daughter, Debra TJ Johnson of Ontario; four grandchildren, Jason Cronebaugh of Cleveland, Zane Cronebaugh of Beaumont, Texas, Rachel Cronebaugh of Dayton, and Tara Johnson of Columbus; one great-granddaughter, Kaylee Lynch of Columbus; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Beverly James Kappler of New Philadelphia, and E. Jane Robert Gilmore of Dover; and numerous nieces and nephews, and many special friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, William B. Bruce; and son, Jeffrey Cronebaugh.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2007 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home conducted by Dr. Clair H. Hess. Burial will be held in Mansfield Memorial Park.
