Joan B. Lake

Joan retired from Eagle Rubber Company and was a member of Garber Brethren Church and the Goldwing Roadriders Chapter V. She was a former member of Third Street Brethren Church.

She is survived by her husband, Norm Lake; two sons, Jess Ritchey and George (Cathy) Ritchey; two step sons, Chuck (Linda) Lake and Terry Lake; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; two brothers, John Williams and Hank Williams; four sisters, Jean Gerwin, Harriett (Dave) Buchanan, Jeanette Vanetta and Goldie (Ron) Michowka; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Garber Brethren Church, 163 Sherman Avenue, Ashland conducted by Pastor Drew Mesiere. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the church on Saturday. Burial in Rowsburg Cemetery will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Pathways Hospice.
