Jeffrey Hassig, 61, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at his home. Born March 25, 1961 in Medina, Ohio, he was the son of Arch Frederick and Evelyn Marie (Gleisinger) Hassig.
Jeffrey worked for Rable Machine as a machinist. He loved riding motorcycles, going to Lake Erie, playing golf, watching the Cleveland Browns and camping but his greatest enjoyment was spending time with his family.
He is survived by his son, Jason (Crystal) Hassig; his granddaughter, Michaela; and his brothers, Michael “Steve” Hassig, Randall Hassig and Thomas Hassig.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters-in-law, Charlene Hassig and Linda Hassig.
A gathering for family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at the Wappner Cremation Center, 1327 Ashland Road, Mansfield.
