Infant Gabriella Kay Stephens passed away August 11, 2014 at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield. She was the daughter of Samantha Sanborn and Steven D. Stephens.
Along with her parents, Gabriella is survived by her siblings Blake, Little Steven, Aliana, Nevaeh and Sapphire; Maternal grandparents, Darren and Ann Sanborn and Amanda Kinney and Parental grandfather, James Stephens.
She is preceded by her paternal grandmother, Sharon Stephens.
