Daniel Raymond “Dan” Bugg, 40, of Mansfield, died Monday, May 30, 2022 at his residence. Born July 16, 1981 in Mansfield, Ohio he was the son of John S. Bugg and Cynthia L. (Paramore) Donoho. Dan worked at OhioHealth Mansfield for 22 years. Dan graduated from Lexington High School in 1999. He attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
He was widely known by friends and family as being an incredibly compassionate and generous man. Dan’s sense of humor was unmatched and would always brighten any room. One of the biggest joys in his life was being an uncle. He was an avid collector of vintage vinyl records; he loved sharing his collection with his vinyl group that meets at The Happy Grape in Lexington.
He is survived by his parents, John (Denise) Bugg of Scottsdale, AZ; Cynthia (Harry) Donoho of Grove City, OH; his brother, David (Stephanie) Bugg and his nephew, Gabriel Bugg of Lexington, OH; and his grandmother, Elizabeth Bugg, of Ontario, OH. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Hershel Bugg and his grandparents, Raymond and Anna Paramore.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 from 1:00-2:00 pm at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S.
