William B. McNamara, Jr., 57, of Hamilton, NJ, passed away on Tuesday January 12, 2021, at the Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. Born in Jersey City, NJ, Bill lived in Old Bridge, Mount Holly and Howell before moving to Hamilton 4 years ago. He was a graduate of Cedar Ridge High School. Bill started his career with IBM in their mail room, but through hard work and determination, became a top computer programmer and continued that career for over 25 years ending at Connectme voice LLC. Bill could build and rebuild anything and would drop everything for his family. He loved fishing, camping, working on computers and cars, grilling, NASCAR, old westerns and hunting, but most of all he loved his family. Bill was known for his brilliant mind and big kind heart. He was an amazing husband, father, son, brother uncle and the best papa.
Bill was predeceased by his wife of 28 years Debra McNamara, who just passed this past December 18, 2020 and his step father Mark Inselberg. He is survived by his mother June (Thomas) McNamara Inselberg, his father William B. McNamara, Sr and his wife Christine Spero, his children; Duane Roberts and his wife Stephanie, Tonya Stalcup, Tiffany Billingsley and her husband Will, Justin Roberts and his girlfriend Kyleigh Dooley and Jarrod McNamara, his siblings; Michael McNamara, Patrick McNamara and his girlfriend Erin Hagan, Patricia McCoy and her husband Sean, Brian McNamara and his wife Christina, his grandchildren; Tyler, Rachel, Caymond, Hailey, Samantha, Mayson, Alexis, Anieca, Addalynn, AJ, Milah, Sawyer, Devan and his wife Paige and great grandson Marshall. Bill is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Dylan, Brielle, Logan, Caiden, Payton and Colton.
Visitation will be held on Sunday January 17, 2021 from 4-7 pm at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759. A Graveside Service will take place on Monday January 18, 2021, at 10:45 am at the Washington Monumental Cemetery, 45 Hillside Avenue, South River, NJ 08882. If following in the procession from the funeral home, please be there at 9 am.
