Sharon Consolate (née Schaible), 79, died peacefully on Tuesday, January 5, 2021, following an illness and Covid-19. Born in Easton, Pennsylvania, she resided in Jackson, NJ, for the past 25 years. She is predeceased by her husband, Dominick Consolate. After graduating from Caldwell College (NJ), Sharon spent several years in Catholic Extension work, and was a lifelong advocate for anyone who needed help. Her Roman Catholic faith was the driving force of her life. She was devoted to her many friends, who will remember her gift for keeping in touch with them through cards and notes—always in her beautiful handwriting. In addition to her friends, nieces and nephews, Sharon leaves behind five siblings: Kathleen, Robert, Daniel, Stephen, and Michael. All those who knew her will hold loving memories of her kind ways, keen intelligence, independent spirit, and sapphire-blue eyes.
