Marian Petitt

Marian Reeg Petitt, age 93, of Manchester, New Jersey passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024. Marian was born in Pennington, NJ, and grew up in Trenton, where she met and married her husband of over fifty years, William Petitt. Marian worked as a registered nurse in Trenton Hospital.

From Trenton, Bill and Marian moved to Levittown, Pennsylvania and then to East Brunswick where they raised their family of three. Marian worked as a school nurse in North Brunswick for many years before retiring. The family enjoyed camping, boating, and also enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk.

Bill and Marian moved to Manchester 21 years ago. While living in Manchester, Marian was a member of the Knitting Club, Garden Club, Travel Club and the Red Hats.

Marian was predeceased by her husband Bill. She is survived by her children, Guy Petitt and his wife Carol Ann, Alan Petitt and his wife Carol, and Linda Soden and her husband Joe. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Ryan, Kelly, Jenny, Erika and Joey, and ten great grandchildren, Luke, Levi, Cambrian, Stella, Avalina, Jacob, Joey, Luna, Riley and Kane.

Family and friends are invited to the visitation at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 3010 Ridgeway Road, Manchester, NJ 08759, on Sunday February 18, 2024, from 11 am until 3 pm.
