He was born and raised in the Manchester, NH area, and was a graduate of Central High School. Willie was retired from the Manchester Gas Company after 35+ years as a Service Technician. He was an avid outdoors man and some of his best memories were camping with his children and spending summers at their camp on Lake Massasecum. He loved to cook and was always up for an adventure. Willie, or “Pepere”, as many of us called him, had an incredible memory that made him a great storyteller of times so far back. Stories about friends, family, and the city that he grew up in that made you feel like you were there, could make you laugh or be in awe of some of the experiences including saving lives in the call of duty. He leaves behind his son William Proulx, wife Lori; his daughter Michelle Beliveau; granddaughters Lauren Beliveau, fiancée Matt; Anna Proulx; and grandsons John Beliveau, Nathan Beliveau-Robinson, and William Proulx III. Cherished nieces Kim Dunn and her boyfriend Mike, Lisa Sinotte and her husband Dave, Kathy Eaton and her husband Dave; and nephews James Proulx, wife Veronique; and Michael Cirka. He was predeceased by his parents John and Violette Proulx, brothers John and his twin brother Raymond and Peter Proulx as well as his sister Constance Cirka.
