Richard "Rick" Stone

Born on April 30, 1973 in Manchester, NH, he was the son of Richard M. and Diane (Duval) Stone.

A New Hampshire native, Rick was educated through the Manchester Public School system and remained a New Hampshire resident until his passing. Rick was a proud Craftsman by trade and was skilled in carpentry, flooring, drywall installation, taping and other construction related repairs and renovations. He loved to reflect on his work and truly found joy in creating masterpieces.

Rick was an avid outdoorsman and had many passions, such as fishing, cooking, dirt biking, gardening, going to the beach and listening to music. He also loved to watch football, especially his beloved Patriots. In addition to his hobbies, his favorite thing to do was to spend quality time with his daughter, Hayley, and his two grandchildren. He and Hayley shared an incredible bond and were each other’s best friend. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Rick is survived by his parents, Richard M. Stone of Northwood, NH and Diane Stone of Hooksett, NH; daughter, Hayley Stone of Manchester, NH; two sisters, Cindy Gagne of Weare, NH and Donna Stone of Buffalo, NY; and two grandchildren, Myla and Koda Stone. He is predeceased by his niece, Gemma and brother-in-law, Gary.

A celebration of life for Rick will be held Friday, February 24, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McHugh Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 283 Hanover St, Manchester, New Hampshire 03104.
