Lawrence F Kelly, Jr., 83, passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2021.
He was born in Manchester on November 23, 1937 to Lawrence and Alice (Milne) Kelly and was a lifelong resident of Manchester. He was predeceased by his sister Joanne (Kelly) Belliveau.
After 34 years with the USDA, Concord NH he decided to retire in September, 2011.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Shayne Kelly. They never had their own children but Larry felt all the nieces and nephews were like their own: Brian, Kathy, Danny, Ben, Ian, Ashley, Dana, Nautica, Leah, Amber, Kevin, Aria and Noah. He loved teaching the kids how to dive into the pool. He is also survived by a brother-in-law, one aunt and several cousins.
