Born June 30th, 1974, Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Manchester, NH. He graduated from Memorial High School where he played varsity hockey. He traveled throughout New England playing for the Manchester Flames. Jimmy was an extremely talented Mason; designing beautiful hardscapes for people’s homes.
What Jimmy loved most in life was spending quality time with his partner Orietta, family, and friends. Jimmy found an abundance of joy walking his dogs daily and meeting up with the neighborhood dog crew. The lifelong friendships he made over the years are irreplaceable and truly held a special place in his heart.
If you were fortunate enough to have known Jimmy, you’d know he was selfless, generous, and genuinely wanted the best for everyone around him. Being the eldest, he was an outstanding role model to his siblings and had a tremendous impact on shaping them into who they are today.
Jimmy thrived on adventure and loved traveling to new places with his siblings, partner, and best buddies. Whether he knew you or not, if you happened to cross his path, you were in for a hell of a time. There was something about Jimmy’s energy, particularly his laugh, that was just contagious. He was the life of the party and always cherished bumping into old friends, of which he had many. He loved to sit and reminisce about the good old days and had a vast passion for all kinds of music.
He was a devoted New England Sports fan. Jimmy K loved concerts, live shows and attending all kinds of sporting events; he especially loved watching his brother-in-law battle it out in the MMA octagon. He enjoyed fishing, nights by the fire, and good conversation, amongst so many other things.
Jimmy was loved by so many. He greeted people with open arms and always looked out for those in need. He believed giving back to others was the secret to life. James touched the lives of countless people of all ages and walks of life. If there’s one thing I think we all can appreciate most about Jimmy, it’s the unique memories he left so many of us with. Jimmy K was truly one of a kind; put on this earth to leave a memorable impact on all who were blessed to know him. He is without a doubt so unbelievably missed by all who love him. Jimmy truly had the biggest heart and will never be forgotten. Until we meet again JK.
