Francis Leo Kelly III

Frank, as better known by friends and family graduated from college and had a Bachelor's degree. He worked as a Private Detective, Police Officer, EMT and Security Guard

He loved hunting, fishing, riding his motorcycle (he was in a bike club) and staying busy. No matter the time of the year, you would always catch him doing something, working on a house project, helping a friend or building something.

Frank is survived by his wife Evangelista D. Kelly; his children Marvin and Adam. Sisters Tina and Sheila. Brothers Michael and Danny

He is predeceased by his mother Christina; brothers Bob and Brian; sister Carol

A visitation for Frank will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at McHugh Funeral Home at 283 Hanover St, Manchester, NH, with a memorial service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A committal and burial will follow at 1:00 PM at New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH.
