Shelby is survived by her son Jay Brodsky and his wife Shari; son Dean Brodsky and his wife Leitza; grandchildren Heather, Eric, and Jake; and great-granddaughter Aliana.
Mrs. Brodsky was predeceased by her husband Bernard Brodsky in August 2007 and her parents Murray and Hilda Yentis.
Due to the snow, the funeral service has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726 followed by a 2:15 PM burial at Beth Moses Cemetery, 1500 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York 11704.
The period of mourning will be observed at the residence of Jay and Shari Brodsky on Wednesday following the burial and on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Shelby's memory may be made to a charity of your choosing.
