He was born on Oct. 18, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York to Fannie and Irving Goldberg. He moved his family to Manalapan, New Jersey 53 years ago. He then relocated to Monroe in 2001. Dan had a lust for life. He enjoyed travel, playing cards, and spending time with friends and most of all, family. He had an incredible sense of humor and lived to make people laugh. Whether it was telling funny stories or doing crazy moves on the dance floor, Dan always loved to have a good time.

Daniel was also a veteran of the United States Army. Daniel’s career spanned 35 years at Springs Industries, where he went on to become National Sales Manager. He also spent many years teaching college business classes, which he truly enjoyed.
