Alfred was a loving husband, devoted father, adoring grandfather and loyal friend and brother.
Al was a skilled mason and bricklayer, and thought of his work as an artform.
Mr. Maietta is survived by his spouse Carol Maietta to whom he's been married to for 53 years; daughter Samantha Laiso and her husband Tom; brother Charlie Maietta and his wife Marsha; granddaughter Harper Grace Laiso; and brother-in-law Joe Cirillo.
Alfred was preceded in death by his sister Jessie Cirillo.
A memorial service will be held Friday, January 6, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726. Shiva will be observed at the residence on Saturday, January 7, 2023 and Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.
