hi! my name is kathy boehm. i used to be kathy rodiadis from greece. i lived in england when i was a teenager. i met michel fierlier on vacation in greece, and we became pen-pals but i lost touch with him when i moved and i am wondering if it's possibly you.  hope we can talk again.

I still have your letters in an oldbox up on the attic, I've always wondered, what has become of you.
After you got married, we 've lost contact.
I always pictured you the wife of à big greek shipowner. 

I thinking it must be more than thirty years now? Are you mom? Are you the wife of that shipowner :-)

Your message brought back me remembering my hurry to THE mailbox. It's been 35 years since we met in hydepark.

Dear Tom & family,

We were deeply saddened when we heard of Kathy's passing. She was so full of warmth, kindness, and love. Our greatest consolation in this time of sorrow is knowing that all that she was will live on through each of her beautiful children & grandchildren. It was so evident the times we called there recently and we spoke to a few of them on the phone- sweet precious kids. A piece of Kathy lives on each one.

Mary,

I'm very sorry to hear about the loss of you mom, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

It has taken days since I lost my sister to be able to write! Today I know I have to write something eventhough words are so poor to express the feelings and sorrow that we are feeling her mother myself and Nick. 
I don't think I have ever met a sweetest and kindest person in my life. 
Not because she was my sister but because it is true.
 Even in her time of pain she was kind to others thoughtful and considerate. There is no greater loss for me losing 2 sisters in nearly 2.5 months. What can I say about pain and comforting others when my own pain is just as worse. 
I wish for all our family to be well and healthy so as to be able to remember 'Kaitaki mas' as we say as beautiful as sweet and wonderful as she was ! 
I know she is an angel now looking down on us and wishing us to survive this difficult moments. share the love and care she always showed to people and stay in our hearts with the best memories.
 Good bye my loving sister I will always love you dearly!!! Only God knows how much!!!

Your mother was a true friend full of inspiration.  She told me that she was at peace with her life and the things she had accomplished. Her sadness was in the thoughts that she would be leaving the best parts of her behind (her loving husband and children).  She prayed for all of you and for us her friends.  That was Kathy, always thinking of everyone else.  My heart aches for all of you.  May you find some kind of comfort in your memories.

My heart is heavy with sadness for you and your family over the loss of your wife, best friend and mother of your beautiful children.  No words can adequately express my condolences and sorrow for your loss.  Kathy was the most kind-hearted person I have ever met. Even while enduring her own pain she always had a kind word and "God Bless You" for everyone.  It seems that God has a plan that none of us here can comprehend - to me it seems that He needed more angels in heaven to throw blessings on this cruel world.  That is hardly consolation when you miss someone so much but please know that she will live on in you, your children and grandchildren forever.  Her kind ways will show through in everything your children do from now on and she will be smiling down from above to lift your spirit each time you see a piece of her in them.  May God bless all of you and help bring you peace.

We are in shock to hear of Kathy's passing away. We lived with Tom and Kathy when we were all young and beautiful and this is the picture that will always remain in our memories. Our memories of Kathy are of the most gentle, patient and kind woman, someone who would feel at home in heaven. As our loving Father has taken her home to be with Him, we rejoice for the love and joy she shared with so many and we look forward to living again together one day in that beautiful city that God prepared for us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Tom and the family. We pray that in their pain and grief the God of peace and comfort will comfort their hearts.
