Karen L (Ure) Powell 61 formally of Manahawkin passed away February 26,2011at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia TN.
She was predeceased by her husband David in 1999
She is survived by her three children and their families, Dawn Falvey and son in law Lee, Kelly Zeitler and son in law Brian and Sean Stach and daughter in law Jillian.
She is also survived by her 4 beautiful and much loved grandchildren, Karissa and Lee Michael Falvey and Logan and Brandon Zeitler, as well as one sister Debbie Ure of Troy Michigan and two brothers Dennis and Ronald Ure also of Troy Michigan. She also leaves behind a very special man Byron Wagener.
Karen was formally a police dispatcher for the Stafford Twsp police dept. And was a member of the Beach Haven Moose Lodge. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 12,2011 at the Thos L Shinn Funeral Home 10 Hilliard Dr Manahawkin,NJ,08050 from 9Am-11Am with a service at 11Am.
