Joan was predeceased by her beloved husband Edmund. She is survived by her loving children; Cindy McGoldrick (John), Jeffrey (Jill) and Randy (Lisa), and her adoring grandchildren.
She was a teacher for many years in the Long Beach Island School District, where she taught 3 generations of families.
Joan enjoyed tending to the flowers in her garden, and she was an avid Philles fan. She was a fund raiser for Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital.

A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 5800 Long Beach Boulevard, Brant Beach, NJ on Saturday, August 5th at 2:00pm. All are welcome.
Burial will be private.
