Frank Ruggiano

He was Born on June 15th 1941 in Philadelphia and died on November 12, 2022 at the age of 81

Frank lived a life full of adventures as an Army veteran. He loved his time spent in Germany while in the service. Music from Frank Sinatra and The Rat Pack were his favorite tunes. Born and raised in Philadelphia , he prides himself to be a big Eagles and Phillies fanatic. He is known to be the life of the party. A character who always had a big smile and joke ready for everybody to hear.

Survived by his daughter Michele Limosnero and her husband Roland of Manahawkin, son Michael Ruggiano of Manahawkin, son John Ruggiano and wife Windy of Brigantine.

His 7 grandchildren Alexander, Daniel, Catherine, Ava, Diana, Derek and Elloise would always remember him as “Pop Pop” with a hearty laugh!
