Armand C Longo

His sister, Maryann Montano, predeceased him.

His loving parents Armand P Longo and Dolores T Longo of Wayne, NJ, his children Christopher Longo and his wife Lacie, his daughter Casey Longo, and their mother Noreen Pearce survive Armand. He is also survived by his brothers, James and wife Marge, Gene and wife Terry and John and wife Vicki, his precious grandchildren, Livannah, Christopher, Laila Longo and Mikey Solden, his step-daughter Michelle Kolpak, grandson Rawlin Howard and his girlfriend Dawn Carroll.

Born in Bayonne, NJ, Armand lived in Jersey City until moving to Wayne, NJ in 1964. He then moved to Barnegat, NJ where he has resided for many years. Armand graduated from Wayne Hills High School. As a child, he loved acting and singing in school plays. He loved putting his little brother in the dryer for a spin, as well as taunting his big brother with spaghetti sauce as well as getting into general mischief.

Armand’s energy and humor were always in abundance and would light up a room. Oh, and that hair!

Armand learned to strum the guitar in his later years, he enjoyed his loyal dog, Cole but above all else, he adored his grandchildren and the times he spent with them.

The family will receive visitors from 10:00am-12:00pm, with a Memorial Service at 11:30am on Monday, April 26, 2021 at the Thos L. Shinn Funeral Home, 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin, NJ. On Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 1:00pm Armand will take his final journey to the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 255 Ridgedale Ave., E. Hanover, NJ 07939 where his ashes will be placed besides his sister, Maryann.
