Anna Christine Bjornberg, nee Young - December 17,1932-November 20,2017

‘Anne’ grew up in East Lansdowne, PA. She attended Lansdowne High School, where she graduated first in her class. She received a full scholarship to West Chester University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 1950. She was a devoted and well-loved teacher in the Long Beach Island School District for 30 years.

Anne was the daughter of George B. Young and Anna Christine Young, and the sister of Stanley H. Young and George B. Young, all of whom predeceased her. She was the beloved wife of Andrew Bjornberg, Jr. and the father of Steven Bjornberg, both of whom predeceased her. She was the dear grandmother of Nils Bjornberg of Barnegat Light, NJ. and also of Lindel Bjornberg of Tennessee. She was the proud and very loving great-grandmother of Sydney Elise Bjornberg of Barnegat Light, NJ, as well as Trevor and Zoe of Tennessee.
