Shelva Jean Jones

Shelva was born at Burnwell on February 19, 1940, to the late James and Alma Lowe Lucas. She was a homemaker and a member of the Rand First Church of the Nazarene.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelli Renea Kirk; sister, Brenda Williams; and brother, Gary Lucas.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Tammy Leah (David) Pritt of Mt. Nebo, WV; granddaughter, Megan Pritt of Mt. Nebo, WV; sister, Cheryl (Edward) Settle of North Myrtle Beach, SC; and several nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Kanawha Valley Memorial Gardens, Glasgow, with the Rev. Gordon Killion officiating. There will be no visitation.
